City of Niagara Falls Grant 
In partnersip with the City of Niagara Falls,  single family owner-occupied property owners may be eligible for a grant of up to $25,000 to bring homes into code compliance with the city of Niagara Falls, with no monthly payments or out-of-pocket costs. There is currently a waiting list for this opportunity, and we are not accepting new applications at this time. Please check in the coming months for further information about this program.
